Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Enterprise

The woman at the front counter was very pleasant and greeted customers with a smile. Although she had a slight accent, she was incredibly friendly. It took a few minutes for the food to arrive, but it came out nice and hot.

On August 10, I visited the drive-thru and was met with someone using a comical Asian accent, accompanied by a lot of laughter in the background. My wife remarked, "They’re not going to get your order right," and unfortunately, she was correct. At the window, I noticed four or five employees goofing off and laughing. Despite my clear explanation of my order, the girl seemed to imply it was my fault for the mistakes. I was charged for a blizzard they forgot to prepare, and I had to wait while they continued to joke around in the kitchen. When a male employee finally passed the blizzard through the window, he apologized in a fake British accent. While I appreciate having fun at work, I think it’s important to prioritize getting the orders right and not making the customer feel like the joke.

I took my daughter out for some ice cream and ordered the strawberry cheesecake flavor. While enjoying it, I thought I had a strawberry in my scoop, but it turned out to be a bug. I was so shocked that I ended up getting sick and vomiting on the floor. I won't be returning to that place again.

The food was great when you finally got it. My wife and I ordered the $7 meal. It took over 20 minutes until we received the food we ordered. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. We will probably return but I hope they get their staff issuerepaired. It seemed they were short on staff though.

Girl at front counter messed up my order, so the girl from the drive through window came to help correct the order and was super sweet and had excellent customer service. But the girl on the front counter got an attitude and was very rude even though theone at the window was only trying to help and actually correct the mistake the girl at the counters made.
