Red Brick Pizza Cafe - Enterprise

I like the food and the staff is very friendly. The last visits were terrible. Today my pizza Rustica was cold, like Con Aglio my wife. My daughter had the veggie pizza and it was almost hot. You should know the cooking times so the whole food is delivered hot. My daughter wanted a little brownie with ice, so my wife went back to order it. It took 20-25 minutes to deliver a sample cup size dessert. The lady apologised and said they screwed up, but it's still sad. We were the only people there because the lunch break was over, so it should have been easy for three people to keep it together. I really hope they pull it together. This is our first time back in a few months because of unconsistent food. I was hoping it would be better.

Excellent pizza time and tone again. Love this pizza. I'll go every Tuesday. The staff is very friendly and great!!!

They are usually quite good. Today must have been a bad day. The lemon pepper chicken wings are what you get. Her salads are very good and the Gelato. I ordered a pepper pizza with extra pepper chocolate and I did. As I said, it must have been a free day.

Always a good experience when we visit here. Our grandkids and us both love their pizza. I have a gluten allergy and I have never felt ill after eating at Red Brick which is a plus!!

The staff was AMAZING, so kind and friendly. The restaurant was impeccably clean and aesthetically pleasing great atmosphere and employees. The pizza and calzone were alright. I prefer papa johns to be honest. I don’t think it was anything the employees could do, the dough just seemed frozen or pre manufactured. Toppings were fantastic! The dough just seemed weird, flat, and chewy. Not what one would expect from a brick oven.
