Redbrick Pizza - Enterprise

They are usually pretty good. Today must have been a bad day. The lemon pepper chicken wings are the thing to get. Their salads are really good as well as the gelato. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni and I got this. Like I said it must have been an off day.

Good pizza, daily specials available like Monday madness where you get any large size for $15.99. Casual seeing with bar.

Very subpar pizza. I've tried 2 other pizza places in the area since moving here, and I will not be coming back to RedBrick. For the price, I could get a way better pizza somewhere else.

We were staying at the Best Western and saw their ad on the back of the channel list. We were here for a funeral and the day was exhausting, so we ordered 2 pizzas and some breadsticks from the online site for delivery to our hotel room. After an hour, we checked the status and it said it was estimated for delivery by 6:40pm (it was 6:45 at this point). We called and they said they were just waiting for the “dasher” to come pick it up. We waited another 45 minutes and called back, and they asked if we wanted a refund. I’m not sure if they had completely forgotten to make our order or if no one was available to deliver it. My husband had to walk to Panera bread to get us food…and we saw that the restaurant was literally next door to the hotel. I was not going to leave a bad review since we understand issues come up, but when we could see the restaurant from our hotel room yet no one cared to bring our food or even ask if we could come get it…I felt the need to warn others about our experience.

The staff at this restaurant were superbly friendly and welcoming. The establishment was spotlessly clean with a visually pleasing decor and spacious atmosphere. The pizza and calzone were decent, although I personally prefer Papa John's. The crust seemed frozen or store-bought, lacking the freshly baked quality I would expect from a pizzeria. The toppings were delicious, but the crust was disappointingly flat and chewy. Overall, the food did not meet my expectations for a traditional oven-baked pizza.
