Burger King - Ephrata

Wish I could give 0 stars! My little brothers football team went in at about 9 pm the LITERALLY let all the kids and coaches stand in line for about 30 minutes and then decided to tell them they wouldn’t attend them. Instead of letting them know from the start! They are kids their parents are expecting them to be home after a long game and drive BE CONSIDERATE of people the coaches understand they can take their service elsewhere but don’t ignore them til they leave that’s simply disrespectful my brother did not get home until 10:45pm that night from the drive from Ephrata I hope no other schools bring this rude place service.

I ordered spicy nuggets. Received regular and was told they weren’t on the menu, yet I was allowed to buy them. Customer service needs to improve. Workers should be informed what they do and don’t have. Managers didn't try to fix the issue. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1

I have never had any issues with burger king until today. I ordered my daughter a chicken sandwhich and fries. Tell me why someone had clearly eaten part of this chicken patty and then put it in the buns and served it to her. I will not come back here again. Food: 1
