Kfc - Ephrata

I was four times a week. Every time was fantastic. People there are very nice and do a really good job! You always get my order right, they are fast and polite and the food is better than Chick-fil-A to not at least mention something more ethical. Give them at least a life reward.

This place has come far in the last few years... The manager basically does five jobs at once, when will they give him a break? And the bald that cooks during the day? The World

Got a family deal. The breast and drums were good. The mashed potatoes were a bit dry and there was nothing to the corn. It looked old and it was dry.. pretty much just the skin of the corn. The biscuits were good however and the fries were cold but tasted good at least? also , my wife ordered a spicy chicken mashed potato bowl and got a regular one

This particular KFC is very sad. They will always mess up your order somehow. Also every time I?ve been there they have been ?all out? of chicken pot pies?like how??? Even if you order ahead online they STILL conveniently won?t have any. I get that it?s hard for fast food workers right now?but if you?re not gonna be serving certain things then take them off your menu!

Hector, the manager deserves more than what this company is giving him. HE didn't tell me that, but that is what I could see. He was literally the only employee there. He took our order, very kindly I may add. We did have a little wait, which I hope anyone would understand when there is no staff. However, Hector was so pleasant. Our order was 100% accurate and it was good. Hector is holding down the fort and doing it well. This man deserves someone from corporate to work a day for him to give him one day off during the week. 7 days a week is unreal. He also deserves a bonus and a raise. KFC, take good care of Hector because you won't find another. Kudos Hector! Because of you I will keep returning.
