St. Boniface Craft Brewing - Ephrata

After 9:15 PM, the bartender turned away 10 customers who arrived hoping to enjoy a few drinks after last call. She explained that the owner wanted to close early, as she didn’t believe it was worth their time to stay open. However, with at least 15 people already inside and another group of 10 coming in after 9:15 PM, it’s hard to understand how that many customers weren't considered worth their time. The group of six who came in after last call even mentioned that the website stated they closed at 10:30 PM, and the bartender just blamed it on the owner.

What a fantastic afternoon! The food was excellent, and the beer, an Irish amber style, was incredibly smooth and enjoyable. The service was outstanding and will definitely bring us back for more.

The loaded chips are fantastic, and the red ale is even better than those from the two local breweries. Rose is an excellent bartender!

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and it turned out to be a delightful surprise. They have an excellent selection of delicious beers, along with a few signature cocktails. The food menu is limited to handheld items, but there's a great variety to choose from. I had the chicken salad pita, which was quite sizable and very tasty. My wife ordered the Greek flatbread and suggested that they add some greens, like arugula, to enhance it.

Fantastic beer, delicious food, and even more amazing staff. You can order your beer, wine, and food directly at the bar. There’s ample outdoor seating available for dining, drinking, and unwinding. Plus, starting in September 2023, they will be launching a mug club!
