TGI Friday's Restaurant & Bar - Epping

The atmosphere was fantastic, but the cocktail my wife ordered was disappointingly large and American-style, filled with ice and lacking in flavor. The service was good and the restaurant was clean, but the prices were very high for the quality of the food.

Understandably technological is on the rise, but we must all have that it pushed down our throats and felt bad if we prefer to read a paper menu. to the meal times that do not come at the same time and be polite, they wait. as have to eat cardboard chips with their meal. good old fashion customer service has never hurt anyone that it was usual to let the customers say how they wanted to order as they paid for a meal.

I want to thank waitress Joanne for her excellent service during our visit. The restaurant was very busy, but she remained calm and friendly under pressure. The kitchen team worked well together and served our meals in a timely manner. The BBQ ribs and slaw were amazing. Thank you!

My last visit to TGI Fridays wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible either. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when I couldn't order the beer I wanted. The burger and fries were decent. Overall, it was an okay restaurant, but nothing exceptional.

My first visit to any TGI i am now a complete fan. Food was delicious and the service was fast and great for our group of 15. Sitting in the outdoors, undercover area was perfect for the summers evening. Everyone said the beers on...tap were good. I will be back again soon for sure!!
