Well . some small things to review at the level of cheese conservation. huge selection of cheese never seen as elsewhere, scuttery, foie gras as well as large shrimp and lobster at will. good hot dishes ex:coq with wine ,souris of lamb chicken with olives but what we have especially enjoyed are the pieces of meat and back of cod cooked by the cook at the request.On the other hand, the desserts (goats) very medium in defrosting but very good ice creams in bac.a redo
