Feedback gevenI come to this location a couple of times a week. The staff has always been friendly and easy to approach if I have a question, but there is rarely an issue with my order. May get what tastes like a stale doughnut a time or two, but coffee and preparedfood are as expected. I typically order via app for mobile drive-through pick-up. App seems to glitch a lot for this location,and I need to delete and re-install for it to populate for ordering ahead here. Overall, my go-to dunks location.
Store is organized and clean, staff is friendly, helpful and usually do pretty well getting customers in and out of the store or drive through quickly. However machines and equipment should be regularly maintained and calibrated more frequently, tocustomers more consistency in products, especially beverages. As sometimes the cream will be too much, too little or just rightwhich would be fixed with calibration.
This isn't my regular dunkins. I went through the drive thru, got a Lg signature latte blueberry muffin. The Large cup was only 3/4 of the way filled they used whipped cream to make up the difference on the last 1/4 of the cup along with the cover.They where also out of muffins, and not only did they charge me for the muffin. They also charged me an extra .75 cents for ????butter and told me because I paid with the app they couldn't refund me. So I paid $8 for 3 quarter of a latte! I was notimpressed ????
Listen to my order, completed it perfectly with a genuine smile, they had plain sticks! The poor bakers cruller and NOT the same as an old fashioned. That was a treat!
The older woman working the drive thru on Sunday morning at 7am on July 4, 2021 is the rudest, more cruel individual I have ever come in contact with. She was abrasive and aggressive because she did not like the response to a question she asked. In the end,we left due to her attitude and aggressiveness towards us. I understand the order was large, but there is no need to treatcustomers this way. I also found out there is no manager at this location and I would think this would be a wise decision, toobtain an individual that can handle the demand of the customers and has a positive and friendly attitude that could be passeddown to the employees. This is completely uncalled for. No customer should be put down this way. If this woman does not like herjob, she should get a new one. It would be wise for the owner to handle the employees and teach these people how to have afriendly attitude and how to talk to customers. We will NOT be returning to this location and we will be telling anyone we know,not to go here. And I only gave one star because that was the only option otherwise I would not be give one at all
