Village Pizza - Epsom and Ewell

Been a customer of theirs for past 10 years. Had the worst ever customer service experience on Monday with the call operator as well as the delivery driver. Both were rude and unprofessional. They failed to deliver the Pizzas ordered down the road from the establishment. This once very decent place has been run down. They need basic etiquettes to speak to customer and deliver simple order which is walking distance from the shop

Awful customer service and sneaky price increases... Price online on the website is not what they try and charge you when you order on the phone. Seemed to just make prices up and say offers aren't running even though you can see they are online. The guy on the phoned then tried to barter the price down with me... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Love village pizza. Have ordered from them for years. Huge vegan range and gluten free bases too) and are my go to for when I need my pizza fix. Polite over the phone and delivery drivers are too!

Ordered Few XLarge Pizazz. It was delicious. Customer Service was Also Great. Highly Recommended
