Bistrot Italia - Ercolano

We booked on the Fork. Once the waiter realised, he steered us towards a table inside, in the back of the restaurant in a desolate corner, instead of the ambient part in the front on the terrace. Service was OK, albeit a few times we had to get the waiter's attention. It really felt like we got the no-frills version, because we'd booked via a 3rd party. It was OK, food was fine, service was amiable. Wasn't bad, wasn't great.

We had such a good surprise at this restaurant! The food was delicious, the plates were professionally presented and the waiter was very nice and spoke French to us. The only thing i would change is the volume of the music, a bit too loud.

Excellent lively restaurant, very clean, serving with fresh local food in a lovely patio. Walking distance from the ruins. English spoken. Cannot wait to be back.
