Poirot Belga Étterem Sport Pub - Erd

We booked a table for 12:30, for 8 people (5 adults and 3 children). We arrived on time, the order was taken on time. After waiting for more than 1 hour, we asked when we could expect the food, we got the answer from the server, it 's already being prepared . After waiting for about 2 hours, we received the food, half of which was almost inedible. While waiting, the server never once came over to ask if we could ask for anything or to inform us why we were waiting so long. The house was not full, about 40% of the tables were occupied. Complaints were constantly being made at several tables, and no one received any meaningful information. The kitchen was working properly, because the delivery couriers were constantly being given food. The staff was completely disinterested, some of whom were dressed more for going to the beach than serving food (eg: one of the male waiters served in flip flops). We indicated our comments at the time of payment, but some soft drinks were not charged in return. It used to be a good place, we visited more, it was always good. This is a huge disappointment, we will not come again.

Great place with plenty of the best beers on tap like stella, hoegaarden, leffe and guinness. Food is plenty of good quality and at a resonable price. The garden is really cosy. Good for a few beers while watching sport or for a family weekend lunch

Food was great, room upstairs was ok for 1 night. Dog friendly place

Absolutely wonderful meal. Ate here on 20 Nov 2022 and could not be more impressed, the food was perfect and the waitress was nice and spoke superb English. WOW. Only thing I would recommend is to have English menus.
