Costa Coffee - Erewash

The quality at this Costa is consistently excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, with Rhys standing out for his hard work, organization, and efficiency. He is able to quickly reduce long lines with his efficient service, making sure each customer has a pleasant experience. The restaurant is clean and welcoming overall.

Usually excellent, nice friendly staff, and coffee always spot on ,but on occasion the order is taken down wrong at the till and always by the Same member of staff, mentioning no names but the lady in questions name starts with H ,need to up your game H and smile a bit !!

Felt like me and my mum were diseased. We’re told. STOP Do Not move. Our drinks were being made so we thought it would be ok to get them. Very rude! Will not return. EVER!

Visited today Wednesday 14th June 2023. Been many times over the yeard but 1st time for a while. Long queue, slow service but the cold drinks were nice. we sat near the door and lots of people came in saw the queue and left.A lot of possible sales lost

Spent £40 something pound on a delivery, they managed to not even pack one item of food, then get another item of food wrong and then also gave us smashed up shortbreads. Terrible service
