Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Erie

I ordered the strawberry lemonade, and it was excellent! I paired it with the Rauchhaus burger and rice. I opted not to have any fries with my meal. They were quite busy today, but I didn’t have to wait long to be seated.

During my visit to Buffalo, I was disappointed with the staff and the dining experience. However, the hostesses who arranged our seating were very friendly and accommodating. Our server, Shane, truly made us feel welcome, even though we were preoccupied. He was quick and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The food was delicious, and Shane’s sense of humor made our family feel more at ease in a new environment, which was particularly valuable during a time when so much felt overwhelming.

We had an amazing meal last night (10/8) at 7:30 PM, and we decided to return tonight. While the food wasn’t as great tonight, it was still enjoyable. There was a small $6 discrepancy with the balance on our gift card, and our waitress quickly brought over the manager to resolve the issue. Jason, the manager, addressed the problem immediately and even issued us a new gift card! He was incredibly friendly and took a personal interest in us, making us feel very welcomed. Jason seems like a wonderful person and an excellent manager! We will definitely be back and want to extend our gratitude to Jason for being so kind and exceptional at his job!

The waiter was great. the food was so good. the first time I was there and I was very happy with everything. Even if they were busy and low on the staff, they got us our food in time and often checked us to see if there is refilling or anything else. the prices are better than I expected.

First time for me at this location. Staff was the friendliest bunch of employees I've been around. Food was perfect for me. My boyfriends steak came out well done, they replaced it with no questions asked. Great experience!!
