Mcdonald's - Erie

The restaurant is consistently very clean, both inside and outside. The lobby is well-maintained, and the restrooms are also clean and tidy. Customers are treated with respect, whether they are dining in or using the drive-thru. The service is impressively quick compared to most fast-food places.

Unbelievable! I ordered an appetizer and ended up giving up my initial order. We went through the drive-thru hoping to get a replacement. Thanks to the efforts of an amazing person named Fred, my dinner turned out to be a success! Thank you for saving my meal, Fred!

I placed a mobile order but there was no option for inside pickup. I spent an hour in line, only to move forward when other customers left. Ultimately, we decided to leave after realizing it would probably take another hour, despite only having three cars ahead of us. During the time we waited, the same delivery driver came and went four times. This location seems to prioritize delivery over serving their customers in-store.

I bought two double Whoppers, Chicken sandwich, 2-large fries, 1-large Sprite!Nope! I shared this meal with my friend,Misty!I ate a large fries ?, Yummy!One and a half Double?? Whopper with Cheese ?! Yummy!I was stuffed like a pig ?!I haven't eaten that much in a long time!The dining area is closed! indefinitely?It's a drive-thru 24/7 365 days of the year!So if you're looking for sit down dining? you won't find it here!

Excellent customer service, food was hot and fresh but the order was not 100 percent correct (small things like missing a few sauces and not light ice, nothing that really bothered me). Definitely will go back to this one when in town again!
