Mcdonald's - Erie

Its a McDonalds so you know what you are getting yourself into. Seems clean, hot fresh food. The play area is big.Food: 5/5

Hot fries and yummy iced coffee! Bathroom was clean. Good quick service!!!!

Last friday night around 7 pm we ordered fish filet meals, and i must say my sandwich was perfect! Fries were hot and i will be back.

I was first in line at the drive thru. I was told to wait while they helped the person BEHIND me. Then I had to wait for that person 's order after they went around me. Then your employees entered the wrong order. When asked about it, they were confrontational and defensive. I asked for my hashbrown, they argued I didn 't order one. My order verbatim was a sausage egg and cheese bagel meal with decaf coffee. I asked to speak to the manager. The child at the window said they were the manager, and they would charge me for the hashbrown. They have already screwed up twice. That 's strike three. I told her I won 't pay for your mistake. I contacted corporate support. McDonald 's should be ashamed to place someone in a leadership position that clearly isn 't prepared for it. The ONLY correct response in this setting is, I 'm sorry we made a mistake, here is your hashbrown on us. Please come back.

Usually go through the drive thru. They seem to have changed the taste of many of there foods.Food: 4/5
