McDonald's - ERINA

Ok so this is our local McDonald's and yes everyone has a bad day but I don't accept skitting and laughing at a CUSTOMER when these kids working at McDonald's don't take their job serious when this Erina McDonald's once again gets our order wrong. I have lost count the amount of times I have got home and had to return food for being not what we ordered !Today was the straw that broke the camels back after I got to the window to collect my correct order the girls behind the manager giggling and looking at me as if it was funny even the manager Adam !! Now maybe I'm old school but I was always brought up to respect my elders and these young kids did not even care ! I chucked the bag on the counter and told them all shame on them thinking it was a laughing matter that I had better things to do than once again get in my car and return a wrong order which may I add happens on a regular basis, the manager knew I was upset because I was right I had caught them out and pointed it out and advised all of them I would be reporting this that this was the fi so straw this was not how you treat regulars ! They all scattered to the wind and the young manager was shaking handing me over my correct order.McDonald's you need to do something about this staff at this store because the McDonald's in Erina Fair are amazing and always always so polite. Personally I think while these young managers in this case Adam is laughing and egging on his young staff how is that teaching his staff as a manager !

How does a fast food outlet get to call its self a restaurant. ok for a quick snack with no substance but taken the family to a nice real restaurant with real food price isn't that different.

This is a clean and modern McDonalds. The patties were cooked well, and the rest of the food was pretty good. Service is fast, even when it's busy, and there's usually parking outside.

I only go to McDonalds Erina when I do not have time to drive to Wyoming or Kincumber. Frequently get my order wrong, I have to ask for a receipt, and food not as well prepared as other mcDonalds, eg soggy hash browns

Food is always hot because it is always so busy. Service is bright & friendly & waiting time isn't long at all. Coffee is made to your request.
