Feedback gevenI had the absolute pleasure of visiting TROYKA. I had the full course meal and got to sit at the bar a front row view of the kitchen and the amazing team preparing the dishes. For the price, you’re not only paying for a fantastic meal, you’re paying for a culinary show. All things considered, each dish is around $20/each. Considering that the dishes have premium ingredients (i.e., caviar, Wagyu beef, etc. the price point seems very fair. This was my first experience ever visiting a Michelin star restaurant and it has left me inspired to visit others in the future. If I ever have the chance to return to Erkelenz, it would be an honor to return to TROYKA for a second visit. Keep up the fantastic work!!!
An experience from A to Z ! We were the first time in Troyka today. The restaurant is comfortably modern. The dressing of the courses can be observed via a screen if you are not sitting directly at the Chef’s Table. The kitchen is open, which is really interesting. All employees are super friendly attentive. There were great wine recommendations detailed explanations about the wines and of course also for food! Here you can see that all in the restaurant have the idea of what you do! The food was really exceptionally well crafted! All the courses were a taste explosion! I wouldn't be surprised if another star is soon cooked! Thick praise to the entire team!!!! How to get back :
We arrived from Celle after seeing the guys from Troyka last year at My place, your place. It was an incomparable evening with taste explosions, palate and eye-catcher, nice operation, great drinks and a very sympathetic cook. Thank you for that! All the best, you have created something special!
On Friday we were allowed to be the first guest in the Troyka. An incredible evening began at 1830 on entering this top thoughtful and stylish retreat of gastronomic experiences. The very warm welcome with the placement at the Chefstable..From here the kullinarian madness took its course! 3 pieces of red cabbage as 1. Gruss from the kitchen with a glass of champagne was very good. We chose the menu and got as 2. Gruss Beluga Lentils with Red Bete and Smetana Then followed 6 indescribable taste experiences that suddenly increased. Here also not unrecognized by Ronny Scheiber's insane wine tasting, which so incredibly flattered the food and so resurrected the culinary performance of the kitchen. To describe every passage here would burst space and frame. But it's the best thing I've been enjoying for a long time in the near surroundings. Thanks for this nice evening. We will report here after the next visit.
Exceptional food in very high quality. The wine tasting is perfectly matched. Allergies and wishes are discussed. There is a loving and very good service. The dressing and the food is perfect. Looking into the kitchen you get everything and can always ask questions about food and drinks. There are also good alcohol-free alternatives.
