Just got two coffees and they messed up one of them not the first time .. the workers are friendly and are a big help

Im a regular at this one, depending on the day theyre either really quick or they take their sweet time. Kinda makes me angry waiting in the drive thru for 20+ minutes because someone is just straight neglecting the window. Edit to this months later,workers have slowed down significantly. Ignoring the drive thru and the way the drive thru is once youre so far into it you cantget out if there are more cars in front of you. Getting to the point i dont even wanna go to this dunkin cause of how slow theyare

Besides the lady being absolutely rude. The Pumpkin spice latte was so bitter, it didn?t taste like pumpkin spice at all, and it made me so sick that I couldn?t eat or drink anything for the rest of the day. Absolutely horrible. Not to mention, they don?tchange out their gloves when they are finished taking out the garage. I?ve been going to this one for some time now, but that isgonna be my last.

Update: There is a new morning staff now and they aren't the best. They're slow, they're rude, and they almost bark at you through the speaker as you order. It's very off putting! I don't mind the speed as much as they way customers are spoken toright off the bat. I'd highly recommend putting someone more personal and polite on the window and to take orders. These peopleare so friendly and so personable. I cannot say how many times they've put a smile on my face from their nice gestures, jokes,and just fabulous food, personalities, and service. I recommend going in the morning though, because the staff at night can bevery lackluster.

I?m a regular here everyday, faithfully and the older Indian lady is NEVER nice. Her customer service is awful !!
