Another Japanese themed restaurant we checked that we were surprised. from his name, rolls republic, they can guess what they focus on. now their rolls are different. Apart from their usual califonia, they offer an exotic series of ingredients in their rolls. when I say array, I mean many variations. they have in these rice rolls, tortang talong, macau porkshops, roasted salmon to name some.

I can literally survive their rolls daily to eat in average they have 25 different rolls in the menu. 16 are fixed while the others are replaced, depending on the wishes and feedback of the customers rolls republic put twist on tear rolls, by using filipino as filling instead of the usual raw or crab sticks in maki. on these wise they are sure that not only will it ask for their pinoy food, but their children will also love it! it is so pinoy that they even salted egg dilis rolls (my favorites) have not only that their rice rolls are so packed that they can eat it shawarma / burrito style! Rollsrepublic offers a lot of rolls that please everyone! I was thrilled by her creativity, with aromen, which tasty and fill out, as well as the convenientness to eat their food wherever they are or what they do (also literally to foot!) salted egg, dilis, tocino and cheetos are just some of the ingredients that they use in their rolls that let their menu get out. they only have 2 stores that both are located in manila, but I was amazed when they told me that they deliver outside the city, even to alabang!
I highly recommend that you try their unique rolls. Masarap silang lahat The staff too are very accommodating. Ill definitely be coming back to this place.
