Schlotzsky's - Ernul

Walked in one of the employees hiding from cameras on his phone.. no other patrons inside. Floors and all but 3 tables cleaned..employee at the register was nice but ran right back to his phone.. nothing stocked up front with dirty counters

Can't beat Schlotsky's!I'm from Texas, and though I have to travel 45 minutes to get there, I'm so happy there's one here in North Carolina!It's a once a month trip, though, lol!

I can't speak for the food because I've never tried anything here but I pick up food for my husband and the service SUCKS! What exactly is so hard about ordering a number 8 and asking for chicken instead of beef. I asked for it to be chicken twice! This is not the first time it has happened. Get some competent employees please?

Great food and service! Rewards program isn't bad either. Was so sad when they closed these down in Florida. Glad to see one here in New Bern!

I like the food, but when I saw there is now a giant size I got excited. Only to be told that they don't know why their signs have a giant as they don't have them and that it must be a corporate thing. I really wanted the giant size.
