Mcdonald's In Des Pla

It just has a drive-thru you really can't sit down and eat I guess the food is the same as everywhere else but it'd be nice to be able to bring your kids and sit down and eat

First...no place to eat in....just order , pick up and drive through...poor service inside ! Fries was really dry but the sandwiches good...since when a fast food chain with no eating in?

Rudest staff ever especially this young girl by the name Kelly been there at least three times in three separate occasions. I only go through the drive-through except my son wanted to use the bathroom. I had to park my car so that he could go to the bathroom only to find out that the bathroom each time is out of order this last time, I asked to speak to the manager and she said sorry no bathroom is out of order. I explain to her that I’ve been here three times and that the bathroom each time has been out of order. Why even opened this McDonald’s if everything else is not in working order. Then the little girl named Kelly that by the way was just coming from the bathroom told me that the Bathroom is out of order and if i didn’t know how to read !! Excuse me for being a paying customer, and for wanting to use the facilities like you who work here. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I would put zero stars if I could, I ordered a sausage McMuffin no muffin,SOMEHOW. I got a gross burger with grilled onions, when I called to the manager the lady with a heavy accent who said she was the manager, picked up the phone.. didn't say hello McDonald's nothing while taking orders then eventually she says McDonald's,I try to calmly tell her what happened an she said NO SORRY we don't have burgers in the morning, in a loud rude tone like talking down to me , she wouldn't let me talk she just kept saying I was wrong, I said I tried to call you so that I wouldn't have to deal with corporate , but now I'm definitely taking this up before and I sure did but I thought everyone should know the manager here at the 530 ish pm shift doesn't care what happens to your food The drive thru lady in the mornings weekdays,elder lady is amazing ,so friendly and helpful,so I definitely didn't expect this
