Feedback gevenMy daughter and I used to enjoy dining at HK quite a bit. However, during our last takeout experience, we discovered a maggot in the food. When I called to express my concern, the woman on the phone hung up on me. I will be reporting this to the Health Department.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible; I had to get up twice to ask for drink refills. The food was decent, but it was mostly served cold. To make matters worse, while I was trying to enjoy my dinner, the waitstaff were cleaning tables around us with bleach, and the strong smell of bleach was overwhelming. The bathrooms were also quite dirty, and the soap dispensers were empty. I'm not sure I'll be returning to this place.
The food is consistently excellent, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the dining area is kept clean.
The food was incredibly fresh! I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of options available. Everything tasted excellent, and I wasn't disappointed at all. While the interior may be a bit outdated, it doesn’t deter me from wanting to come back again!
I had one buffet, but they attempted to charge us for three. It felt as though we didn't fit in. Additionally, the waitress kept sampling our drinks.
