Sole Mio - Escazu District

The pizza base was soggy. It was tasteless. no salt. it was simply a waste of money. I should have ordered from pizzahut or Papa johns. I wouldn't order again. pizza vegetariano

We had a takeaway today (not usually having pizzas but this was the only option while waiting for a delayed aircraft in a hotel) pizza di carne and focaccia caprese. Delivery arrived in approx. 50 min (4,2km). The pizza was cold but very tasty (with a great chilli oil included as side). Focaccia was a pizza dough with a tomato salad. Not bad but tomatoes are generally terrible in CR (unlike other veg/fruits), so the salad was blend. So, I believe this is a good interpretation for a pizza in CR.

Food was very good. Service was pretty good. I think I’d like it better if the decoration was more consistent. It’s a bit haphazard.

Had a carbonara it was excellent. Great Italian food
