Raising Cane's - Escondido

Got to the line second in line at the order station with the guy taking orders , the first guy in front of me was getting taken care of cool, but A third truck came after me on the opposite line , After me waiting there for 4 minutes and after he took the guy in front of me order he told me to wait I’ll be back to take the other guys order , Like I understand he needs to take both orders but Shouldn’t he take care of the first cars order that they pulled up in? I don’t think it’s a rocket science but aye Idk maybe kids slow or new

Manager lied to me about bringing out my order for me he had me waiting in the parking lot until I decided to go in and pick up it myself by the time I did it was cold from sitting on the shelf the whole

Service- Wow you know i worked in the industry for 8 years. I get it but what service I had tonight was appalling. Poor service from the start until the end- last girl was so nice and the most conversation I got out of. Kid that was taking orders I pulled up just says Hi and then just stares at me.I proceed to order say drink? in a rude way; instead of what would you like to drink?, ask what other boxes he says 3 or 6 in an attitude. Then i proceed to order he then sighs says my total and the starts saying something as i still have my window down- guy in front of me is pulling out who also was in a mood seemed. Girl 1st window was nice but 2nd window girl I had the mostconversation and was awesome she deserves 5 stars. Then i get home and both coleslaw lids are barely on then sauce lid isn’t even on causing it to spill. Canes management please talk to your team- a fellow former food service member.

First off, the staff at the drive through were extremely short with me but whatever, I'm at the drive through for food so I wasn't too upset. After getting home and opening my meal though, the Texas toast was soggy and the lids weren't on for my sauce or coleslaw leaving everything a mess. I've never had this kind of experience at Canes before but I will definitely not be returning to this particular store.

I mean “one love” what’s not to love! It’s by far my fav fast food chicken place. The staff is kind, the place is clean, and the food piping hot and delicious. Those crinkle fries and special sauce for the win! Wish one was closer to where I live.
