Inside, the counter was backed up but we only had to wait about five minutes to place our order and about 15 minutes to get our food. The interior is nice and despite how busy they were, there was available seating inside and out. The décor is clean and simple with a touch of eclectic. There is a nice local famous people corner with a nod to the big three high schools. The staff was energetic and engaging, even stopping to do a chicken chant every now and then. I really liked the vibe they created. We got the box combo which had 4 chicken fingers, fries, slaw and toast for $8.99 (includes drink). The chicken fingers were great. Plump, moist and devoid of those weird tendon things you get in other chicken fingers. The dipping sauce was delightful. It reminded me of In N Out sauce but with a slight kick. I would have liked a bit more kick but it was quite good. The fries were the crinkle cut style and they were nice and crispy. As far as the toast and slaw go, I am not usually a fan of either, usually, but these were pretty good.
Accessibility: there is a Drive Thru and two accessible/handicap parking spots directly in front of the store, as well as three curbside pick up spots. Experience: the drive-thru took us 33 minutes so that was definitely too long. The parking lot was so overcrowded they have to have employees stopping traffic to let cars back out of parking spots. The food was really good though. This was my first time ever trying Raising Cane's and I will go back as long as there is no line. I almost got hit by a car leaving the parking lot and the car behind me almost got hit too.
They are open, and as all other Cane's locations, they are busy. I have been here two times so far, in the evening, about 9PM, and the line wrapped around the building, but it wasn't horrible. I was attended to by one of the outdoor attendants, Ala Chick fil-A. I had my order, and food all within about 20-25 min, start to finish. The second time was at 11AM, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Good job for a new location. Friendly as usual, and the food was what I expected .. chicken with that sauce the keeps my kids asking me to come back.
Raising Cane's never disappoints! ???? Have visited several locations, in and around, the San Diego area ???? and these Chicken Fingers ???? stay in my top three. Crispy and Clean!
The chicken strips are crispy and juicy. Their sauce is really good for dipping. The other chicken place is across the street from the place we were at, I like both so it's a coin toss on which sauce is better.
