Fahrettin Usta Balaban Kebap

This is the best and most well-known Balaban kebab restaurant in Eskişehir. Balaban kebab is a type of kebab that is prepared by grilling.

While the restaurant may not be fancy, the meatballs are incredibly tasty. The prices are reasonable but not exactly cheap. The father still oversees the operation, but his son is very helpful. Be sure to try the Balaban meatballs, but let them know if you prefer less butter as they tend to add extra.

The restaurant is decent, with tasty food, but not as amazing as some people make it out to be. I found the meat to be a bit tough, but the meatballs were juicy. The Balaban Kebaps restaurant itself is nothing special, so my rating is more based on the food rather than the overall dining experience.

Didn’t like the taste that much. Not recommended if you care about hygiene. The chef is also the man who takes the money and continue to cook.
