Excellent food ! but not pretensions like other restaurants that have such quality food .__Prices are reasonable , service very friendly .

Only me, so I ordered the happy family. easy sose, good steamed rice, maybe too much pork. good chicken and bark with a crushed garnel and skalopp. Crisp-Veggies. for this part of new mexico: fabulous! inclusive suppe was a dripping which was very pleasant.

I love shanghai, the buffet is delicious especially the fried mushrooms!

Española's best Chinese.... 3 Stars Shanghai is located in the middle of Española's strip (a.k.a. Riverside Drive). It is in a non descript little strip mall that is very easy to miss driving northbound. We came for dinner on a Saturday night. My wife and I went out for a date night without the kids. Being new to the Española Valley, we are slowly trying all the restaurants in town. This time we tried Shanghai. The dining room is in an odd location in the middle of the building. In the middle of the dining room is a buffet table, which was not in use on the Saturday night we visited.
