Small, family-owned restaurants truly need our support during the COVID-19 pandemic. Roger Rabbit has been in operation for about 10 years now; my parents retired and sold many of their restaurant appliances to help get this venture started. The service industry can be incredibly challenging, but I commend this diner for serving delicious food and keeping their customers happy.

Yelp indicated that the restaurant opened at 6, but when we arrived at 7:48, it was still closed. The sign stated it would open at 8, so we waited until nearly 8:20. We tried knocking and calling, but no one responded. There was no notice on the door explaining their absence. We made every effort to get inside, especially since there aren't many options in the area. Ultimately, we had to settle for McDonald's, which left us very disappointed.
