The servers at Maccas are extremely rude. I ordered a large triple cheeseburger meal without the bun, but received a regular cheeseburger instead. I paid with coins at the window and apologized for the inconvenience, but a teenage male worker rudely told me to come inside next time if I'm paying with so much change because it was holding up the line. I understand the point, but he could have been more polite and I felt disrespected. It also didn't look good that some of the coworkers had visible hickeys on their necks.

The manager of this restaurant could benefit from customer service training. I understand that the employees may not have much experience, but when we asked the manager if we could exchange our cold fries for hot ones, the response should not have been, "They were just cooked less than 2 minutes ago, so they are hot." When we inquired about the temperature of the fryer, the response should not have been, "What do you think, we can adjust the heat settings?" with a walk away that seemed almost like a tantrum. Fortunately, I was just passing through and some people are still willing to support the business despite its disorganized appearance. However, I would not choose to dine at this establishment again.

Seems this store is INCAPABLE of putting bacon on a burger. It's missed so **** often it must be DELIBERATE! The half empty fries were just the icing on the cake Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Empty Fries not Worth the Visit
