Mary Brown's Chicken Taters - Essa

I recently ordered a split feast through Uber Eats so that my son could eat some too, but we received all spicy dishes. I called the restaurant and they informed me that they had received an order for spicy. The guy who answered the phone provided very poor customer service.

Love their chicken! I'st time trying their mashed potatoes and gravy and they were delicious as were the cinnamon biscuits!

The fried chicken at this fast food restaurant is decent, and I personally prefer the flavor compared to other similar restaurants. However, I am disappointed that they have been raising their menu prices. I find it hard to justify paying $13 for a small container of popcorn chicken, potato wedges, and a canned drink. While I understand that ingredient costs are rising, I can get two pounds of wings for a similar price just down the road every Tuesday. Customer loyalty has its limits, and if prices continue to increase, there are plenty of other dining options in the area to consider.
