Dunkin' - Essex Junction

Some items were missing from my order, and I only noticed this after I arrived at my destination. I should have anticipated that something would go wrong when I reached the window and they had no idea what my order was. This left me quite frustrated.

I specifically asked for no ice because, in the past, they've filled my cup to the brim even when I requested less ice. Instead, I was charged an extra dollar per drink for the no ice request, which was frustrating, but I let it go. Then, while driving, I could hear ice clinking in my cup. Naturally, that made me upset. When I order cream, I expect heavy cream, not milk. When I ask for sugar, I mean liquid sugar, not granulated. And if I request no ice, I shouldn’t find any in my drink at all. Plus, when I ask for extra crispy hash browns, I expect them to be toasted while I'm waiting in line, not for you to pull out the soggy ones from the warmer right in front of me at the window. To make matters worse, one of my hash browns had a rotten spot that looked like a brown scar and tasted awful. Overall, this experience was just disappointing. It’s simply not worth the hassle.

They get busy at times. Service ok but donuts seem to be getting smaller in size ????

I ordered two everything bagels toasted with veggie cream cheese. When I got home, one had plain cream cheese and the other had veggie. Not what I wanted.

I only order from here about once every 2-3 months, but yet in those times they always seem to miss something on my order. I 'll use the app and do a pickup in store. They leave it out which is great but then I 'll grab everything and they miss an item.Because it happened sorta regularly I even would ask is this order all good? They say yes, so no need to check, but then theyforgot something just like last time. It 's a hassle to call in to get a refund. Just get the orders right please.
