This place is absolutely superb. It is hard to find great Italian inspired food in the area but look no further than the Food Bar. It fills a niche that is hard to replicate. The food is delicious and highly recommended. The eggplant and meatballs are among my favorites. Excellent and friendly staff. This was our first (and definitely not last) experience at The Food Bar. My family ordered Eggplant Rollatini, boardwalk sausage and peppers, chicken tenders and cheeseburger. We were all very happy with our meals, so happy that we decided to take home a slice of lasagna to try later. I have lived in Vermont for the past 20 years and this has been the best Italian food I've had here (and trust me, I've been looking)! The staff is friendly and attentive, the space reminds me of an authentic Italian restaurant from my hometown and the food is delicious!
