Cafe Mediterano - Essex

Don't let the location fool you this is a tasty cafe. This is quality gyro, hummus, and falafel. I suggest the gyro,chicken, and falafel combo. Be hungry because it'll fill you up. Top it off with their tzatziki sauce.

The new location is awesome. The decor and dine in seating is pleasant modern bistro style. The best gyros in the area and a must go-to place for lunch if you work in Essex. I love the gyro on the traditional roll.... It is huge and the roll is perfectcompliment and pushes the goodness to next level ????.

This is the best gyro I've had outside of New York City. It's incredibly fresh and sliced ultra-thin. I've just discovered my new favorite spot for NYC-style Mediterranean food in Chittenden. This place is the real deal!

This is hands down the best Greek salad I've ever had! It features an abundance of really fresh ingredients. I’m not a fan of the oil dressing they provide, so I just use my own at home. The baklava is absolutely delicious too!

I was really disappointed with the food. I ordered a gyro wrap, but all I got was a tortilla and rice with just a few pieces of lamb that were barely noticeable in terms of flavor. It was very bland.
