I have been patronizing this restaurant for over five years. The lady at the desk has always been rude, but the food has always been good so I just dealt with it. Well today was my last straw and my last time ever coming here spending my money. I called in an order as I always do, I asked the lady for a combination platter. When I get to my car to eat my egg roll I noticed they didn’t put it in bag. I go back in and say hey you forgot my egg roll, the lady proceeds to get loud and tell me I didn’t order a combo platter and that I ordered a special platter and it doesn’t come with an egg roll. I said to her did you take my order she said no, so how do you know what I ordered. I said I specifically said combination platter and specifically asked for pork egg roll. She wouldn’t give me an egg roll wanted to charge me for it and said she couldn’t give me one because the 2 dollars would come out her pocket. I said well you know what here’s your food just give me my money back. She then told me I could no longer call in orders I have to come in, I said I’ll do one better I’ll never order from here again. She would rather lose 20 dollars over a two dollar egg roll. She’s very rude and shouldn’t be dealing with people at all. I’ve spent so much money with this business over the years but they will not get one penny from me ever again. I will spend my money where they actually care about customer service and show a little appreciation for the customer. Without us you’d be out of business!!!!

I rarely ever leave reviews but I felt the need to let others know how their hard earned money is unvalued and unappreciated at this establishment. The woman at the front is rude inconsiderate and down right what appears racist. For the amount of money that I spent and to be treated like a criminal for asking for a paper plate was absurd !!!!I’ve been stop eating from certain places where I didn’t seem to be welcomed and I gladly put this business on the list. Do not eat here,spend your money where you as a person matter and are appreciated!!!
