Feedback gevenI'm not sure if this is part of a chain, but we just went to this one. The service outside was so bad I felt almost sorry for the server as they almost pulled out their hair. We waited at least 10 minutes just to order, and then another 20 to get our basic coffee. Both fins are usually very busy, but the other has a better service.
This place is just as good as I remember it last year. A delicious selection of cakes and cakes makes the mouthwater. I and my partner were at a loss of what to get, but we soon have a few poppy seed cakes and an acidic cherry and vanilla cream cake. Really love this place, it is beautiful near the Agnes Bridge, so you can watch the world go by while you drink your coffee. And the cake portions are enormous and very good. We were sad not able to sit to watch the world longer, but we will definitely be back. Didn't go without going a few Brezel reels, they just don't do them in Britain! Very recommended to try this place.
Good breakfast buffet for a good price and good service. It helps to have a reservation. Good pastries.
Stopped here for breakfast after staying at a local hotel on a room-only booking. We ordered a Postmichel for 2. Wow! Boiled eggs, cold meat, cheese, orange juice, more than enough bread, jam and tea. It was delicious
The menu is insane..fresh organic homemade ingredients full of yummy goodness..a hearty breakfast fit for a queen..and this is coming from an American perspective..the coffee choices are brilliant..the best ice coffee I had in years..besides the Greek frappe and Italian frappucino/cappuccino...the quiches are mouth watering, too...highly recommend it for breakfast and brunch..their lunch menu seemed equally up to par judging from the sighs of other patrons..I for one am in heaven..I also found out that this place is special not just because it's a bakery bistro and they bake everything on the spot..they are unique in the sense that they also have their own mill and produce their own flours too..wooooww!!
