What a lovely restaurant. A great mix of just 6 main dish choices (less is so often, more! , local wine and brilliant, fun service. The trout, steak and tripaux were each superb.

Super meal, super service and bosses with the super welcoming and caring top with its guests. the aubrac meat is succulent, melted and succulent. If you go through the estaing, stop eating in this restaurant. I recommend 100 thanks!
