Mcdonald's San Pedro Alcantara

I popped into his place a couple of days ago for a quick coffee after pulling off the motorway for a break. My god? the place was completely empty and the staff just stood around doing sweet F/A we didn't know how to use the computer screen both were of an older generation so my wife went to the counter and asked a female member of staff if she could order two white coffees and pay for them. Cafe Cafe Cafe was the reply in a loud voice !! Easy put Cafe in? Really my wife said excuse me am only asking you if we can place an order at the counter for two Coffees !! No was the response, Use the machine the staff member said, my wife explained that we didn't know how to operate the screen also we were paying cash not by card could she show us? Please No ? Cafe Cafe Cafe that is what you need to put in !! She clearly didn't have any customer service skills but one thing for sure !! she had a loud voice and a huge chip on her shoulder, now we know why this place was completely empty at lunchtime we only hope that the area manager will read this review but after reading the previous reviews nothing has changed over a number of years at this place so i would say to one and all just stay well away from this place and buy your food and drinks further up the road as we did. HOW RUDE WAS THIS PERSON COMPLETELY UNCALLED FOR AND MOST UNHELPFUL SHAME ON YOU LADY YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE !! GOB ON A STICK

Staff are unbelievably rude for no reason other than their own miserable existence as far as I can tell. That would be tolerable if my order wasn't a complete absolute shambles. My burger came with no toppings at all, the nuggets were soggy, the coke was flat and the ice cream was basically like water. This is not an exaggeration. I can only think they have done it intentionally?! Needless to say I threw it all in the bin and was furious and tempted to return back to ask for my money. Nevertheless I decided I will NEVER be going there again and the fact am I writing a review about this dump says it all. AVOID

Ordered a lot of food 2 kids, 4 adults. Food arrived at different times. Fries were cold. Burger was cold. Advise the manager who brought out more cold fries. Refused to change the burger. She took of her badge as she didn 't want us to know her name. Quite frankly the worst restaurant experience ever. I would advise the branch to dismiss her and she will ruin their business.

Always with a lot of flu, fast when there aren't many people.
