The service definitely needs improvement. The wait times were quite long, and it was disappointing that not all of the items we ordered from the menu were available. You really need to step up your game!

The staff was rude, and the pretzel I ordered was probably the worst I've ever had. It was completely burnt and tasted like it had been left out in the sun for two days. I felt like I wasted my money; I’ve had better sprinkles straight from my freezer.

My daughter bought outlets at Miromar in Estero. We haven't seen an aunt Annie since we moved from NY to South West Florida. It remained for a snack and it was not disappointed. Always the best pretzels

They arrived at 6:45 PM and were in Brezeln (which closes at 7 PM). The service was terrible.

I'm currently here thinking it was going to be a nice place to eat. But since I got here, I was so disappointed. No mini dogs, no pretzels, no cinnamon rolls, no nothing that has to do with cinnamon.
