This independently owned business is an easy-to-access seafood store and cafe. We picked up some jumbo shrimp. I admired the fresh fish in the case and noted the popularity of crab cakes and smoked fish. There are several tables (4-6? inside and a few outside. There’s a nice menu on the chalkboard of various delights that one can order for carry out or dine in. The owner and employees were friendly and helpful. We will visit this gem again! Best seafood in SWFL hands down!!! Great customer service and super fresh variety of items to pick from, Joe is an awesome guy and very active in his business go check them out
Joe's is small but amazing. It is not the Red Lobster, thankfully. This is a real fish market with a small dining area that serves no frills and fresh seafood lunch and dinner. Don't come here if you are addicted to chain restaurants. This is more like visiting a small New England harborside fish market cafe. The sandwiches are very tasty and fresh. Get brave. Try something new.
My neighbor invited me for brunch and ordered from here, lobster quiche and stone crab claws. The quiche, I honestly could have eaten the whole pie myself. Stone claws were fantastic well.Today I came and sat down for lunch, ordered a bit of everything and OF COURSE the quiche again. Lobster roll was good. Crab cake was good. Fish dip was good.Service from the young lady at the register was excellent. So of course I had to share with you all this quiet little spot for FRESH seafood.I'll be back that's a definite.
My wife and I finally got to try this place and we loved it. My wife had the haddock sandwich and I had the la t lobster meal. Food was great and for seafood the price was reasonable. The place is detoxed for fun and the owners- Joe and Angelina are awesome. Check it out for fresh seafood and great conversation.
