Orange Julius - Estero

I didn't give a rating of 1 star because I'm unsure about their overall service. The 2 stars reflect my experience of driving to this Dairy Queen at 6:35 PM when their online closing time states 7 PM. Upon arrival, I found the place closed with a sign indicating it closed at 6 PM. After reading previous reviews, it seems this has been a common issue, or even worse. They would likely attract more customers if they accurately listed their hours online. I shouldn't have to drive all the way there hoping they're open; they need to update their hours properly.

I was very disappointed to find that their door said they were open until 9 o'clock, but when I called to confirm, their answering machine stated that they closed earlier. They ended up closing on Saturday nights before 8 o'clock. What a letdown!

Our local shopping center in New Jersey used to have an Orange Julius stand, but it disappeared for years. I searched everywhere for it, so I was thrilled to finally find it again and enjoy that smooth, creamy taste!

Staff was extremely disrespectful. They gave us the first half of our to-go order by pushing the items out of the window. Before we could ask for bags or even the rest of our order, they slammed the window shut. We waited for over fifteen minutes before staring one of them down to ask them to give us the rest of what we had paid for. We got extremely disrespectful looks from staff before being told simply to leave.

Small shop, bring the grandson in for ice cream. They have kiddy sizes so not expensive. Staff is always friendly and the line can be out the door
