Feedback gevenRude over intercom, we asked for cracklin and didn 't receive it. When we asked for it they said well, I didn 't put it in there, so that means we don 't have it . Every time we come to this Captain D 's there 's rude people, bad service, and burnt food, don 't recommend it.
My family and I went Saturday for lunch. The service was immaculate. The food was perfect. Timing was just right. The guy taking our order was shorter super nice and quick.
Went through the drive Thru about 6:15 pm on Sunday 7/30 (There is no dining in now after someone drove through the building) and ordered a 2 pc fish and shrimp dinner with a baked potato. I got home and the order was there, 2 very thin strips of fish and the rest of the meal. The baked potato was black and gray, obviously a rotten potato. Didn't eat that. Figured I take a picture and take it back on Monday. Well, the more I thought about it the madder I got. So, I took it back. Asked for the manager and showed her the potato. She turned her nose up at it, shut the window to the drive thru, threw the potato away and walked off. Never apologized or asked what I wanted. Was noticeably agitated that I had asked for a manager. Never apologized, just assumed I wanted another baked potato. Not what I wanted. I did not want any more food from this place. I wanted my money back but they were determined they were not going to do anything.
Extremely bad customer service from the cashier, she has no empathy at all with customers, and serves
The cashier gave me bad attention because no, I didn't speak English.
