Cook Out In Ga - esville

Ordered 3 piece strips only received 2. Ordered 6 corn dogs and only received 5. The kid at the windows was highly rude. And it wasn't even busy at all what so ever. Really need to pay attention

Lady that was at the register was rude. She stayed on her phone the entire time we were in the restaurant. She was not listening to her customers or smiling. If you are going to work hands on with the public then you need to at least be able to be polite and respectful to your customers. She even argued with a gentleman who reached across the counter to get his own drink because she walked off on her phone instead on helping him when he needed his drink to take some medication. This restaurant needs to reevaluate their employees.

Kid behind the counter was rude and obviously didn’t want to be there. They mixed up our orders. Chicken was extremely overcooked and dried out. Bathroom trash cans were overflowing.

If you see any reviews about this specific location let it be this one. As a former employee i know everything i’m about to say is true. They don’t clean the nozzles for the drinks and tea right so almost all of them have mold in them. The shake machine gets forgotten about some night and it doesn’t get cleaned. there’s roaches. the whole kitchen is disgusting and let’s not forget about the GM that works there that couldn’t care less about how the food is made. there’s a few managers that have gotten food poisoning from eating here and there’s been a few instances where a few of my friends that have ate there have also gotten food poisoning from the food here on more than one occasion. so beware when you eat there and know that the GM truly doesn’t care to do anything about it.

Lowest I can go is 1 star, ever since the Oakwood Cookout temporarily closed and we’ve had to go to this Cookout we’ve had nothing but awful experiences. The food is almost never correct and the milkshakes are never blended properly. The staff is incredibly rude including the manager. My boyfriend went back through the drive thru because they gave him the wrong food and wrong milkshake and they gave HIM attitude claiming they never saw his order. We can NOT be more eager for Oakwood Cookout to open up again!
