Little Caesars Pizza - esville

This has consistently been the worse Little Caesars we have ever used. They NEVER have any HotNReady available. They get orders wrong 90% of the time. They are rude and consistently ignore customers and make them wait until they finish whatever game they are playing or whatever on their phones. Not just once, but multiple, many many times we have tried because it is so close to us, but now we will drive to the next town for our pizza. This location is ridiculous, and has been for the last two years at least.

Waited at the drive through window for 30 mins and was never even acknowledged. No wonder the guy in front of me left too. There’s two cars behind me. This is sad.

They don’t know how to answer the damn phone and the food is just mediocre. Waited what seemed like forever for just some dumb cheese bread. Thought it was supposed to be hot and ready it sure ain’t. Very unsatisfied.

I do t know what's up with Little Ceasars lately but the quality and service and timeliness has absolutely fallen through the floor.

I'm not a big fan of pizza, but I have to admit that Little Caesars has made significant improvements in the way they cook, especially their thin-crust pizza. It's really good, although you have to request extra cheese. As I mentioned, Little Caesars has come a long way. My parents, who are pizza enthusiasts, particularly love their thin-crusted triple-cheese pizza.
