Chipotle Mexican Grill - Etna

Don't come here. Got the equivalent of a bag of lays chips; mostly air. They skimped on everything. Lazy employees. Don't waste your money.

I have stopped at this location several times and it has been pretty good with providing quality service, but the last three visits have been a decline in having the listed menue items. This evening April 3rd at 9:15 pm, I stood in line for 10 minutes with no one in front of me. The employees were more focused on cleaning then taking care of the customers. When I was finally asked if they could help me, I replied that I wanted a bowel and the employee stated that they were out of tomato sauce, hot sauce, sour cream, corn, guacamole and lettuce. I asked the employee what time they closed and he stated 11:00 pm. I looked at him and he shrugged his shoulders and I stated nothing for me and left. This has happened twice before and I have never had this problem at any other location. Thank you for reviewing this concern.

I just had a bad experience picking up a DoorDash order. It was busy, and the employees wouldn't fill it. They served the people in line and made me wait. Maybe I should beg them to fill the order instead of getting angry. Also, no napkins in bag. Chipotle locations are often too busy...this isn't the first

Easily the worst chipotle I’ve lived next to. Never been to a restaurant so consistently out of everything. I don’t think I’ve ever been here and they haven’t been out of at least 2 things. chicken, steak, tomato, corn, bowls, lids, chips, vinaigrette(don’t think exists). Really hope they step it up!
