Feedback gevenWould give 0 stars if I could. Website says that this location is open and available only for takeover. This is the second time in so many weeks that I have tried to order from here, but the location is not listed in their mobile order. I also tried to call the place, but nobody answers. I'm very disappointed. 0 stars. Update: As you can see below, Prime Pubs (the owner of Fionn MacCool's) came to ask that I make my comments on their forms. Me too. I quickly heard my message was received and heard more within 48 hours. Well, it's been 6 days, 2 days since I sent a follow-up message, and I'm still waiting to hear something. Everything. I can see how much my patronage means to them...
Mediocre food with HORRIBLE customer service. Added item on our invoice that we never ordered. After we asked the waitress to repair the bill, we noticed that we overload for one of the daily special items on the "fixed" invoice. We first talked to our waitress and insisted that this is the right price until we wanted to see the menu. We LITERALLY had to show her the product price to convince her to repair it. Neither the ground manager or our waitress bothered all the time as if it were our fault to correct them. Since when did the customers have to check the bill to ensure that they are not saddened?
The food and service here are really good! After a horrible experience with Air Canada we ended staying at the Four Points and we had lunch here, our salads were really tasty and the portions were big enough. Our waitress was very friendly : Recommended for all Canadians and passing travelers!
Absolutely incredible food, great beers, and a great atmosphere. Could have been an easy 5 out of 5, but service was hit and miss to say the least. Maybe management needs to train better, not really sure. When the same server forgets to ask you THREE DAYS IN A ROW how you want your eggs cooked, what kind of taters you want, and what kind of toast you want, it gets pretty tiresome. Waiting 20 minutes for the bill too, had to ask the hostess. Some of the staff are just terrible and really don't care about your experience there. That sucks because: The lamb was awesome, the mussels were awesome, the fish and chips were great, the crab cakes were surprisingly good, the beer was fresh and crisp, the yam fries were incredible, burgers were mint, etc, etc. Just need to get all the service staff on-board to do the bare minimum and this place would be off the charts. The cooks there deserve a raise and all the praise for sure.
This restaurant is closed. The hotel is used as a shelter. Management employees clearly do not care to update their business information on Google.
