Feedback gevenPlease don’t waste your money here , I always come to this place as it is closer to my place. Today I had the worst experience ever. I never thought I would write a review on google sharing my experience. But people need to learn so that they don’t have the same experience as me. I came in to order 2 pizza. One of them was to be chicken Caesars , the manger is soo rude to begin with as I tried to ask about other pizza options they have and as soon as I ask her if she could take out the beacon and replace it with another vegetable, she immediately says No, I can’t , no I can’t. I try to explain it is because of my religion that I can’t eat that. She had no respect to let me finish my sentence instead she repeatedly say no. I was able to replace it before Because religion purposes. She is so rude, poor customer service, and doesn’t have the courage to listen to the customer words.I have never experienced something like this. I felt ashamed because there were customers behind me and decided to order online. I couldn’t handle her being disrespectful. I am spending my money almost $40 and I should not be feeling like that.You got to be better than that especially when it comes to customer service.If I could give zero stars , I would.
Protect your health and stay away from this place!Ordered a large triple crown pizza from this place via Uber Eats. The pizza had a weird taste to it, and after eating half a slice, I felt my stomach getting upset and I immediately went to bathroom. I sent a message to the restaurant and called uber customer service. Nobody got back to me for 4 days, then uber responded saying I should share my experience with the restaurant. What a terrible experience that was.
Tried their small sized pizza with chicken. This was my first time trying their pizza and to my surprise, the pizza was absolutely delicious, also the cashier was really helpful and patient. Only one suggestion here would be that the way you guys take order (using keyboard) looks really old school and have never seen such system before. Could be little faster if the system would little advanced. Thanks for the yummy pizza.
Pizza Hut is our regular Friday pizza place. Love their new handcrafted crust. I recommended it to my friends!
Don’t waste your money here. Rude customer service. Mad at me for app glitch, so I made a second order not knowing my first went through. I was told very rudely why didn’t I call the store? Then I never received the point on my app for purchase, no way to get that back after purchase. One star all around. Why actively argue with customer? If you have a question about a mobile order… you call the customer, not blame them when they arrive.
