Simon Sushi - Etobicoke

I recently moved to the neighborhood and was pleased to find a fantastic sushi restaurant nearby. To my surprise, the place is excellent - although a bit pricey, the portions are generous and the staff is friendly.

The food at this restaurant was fantastic! While the establishment itself appeared a bit divided, it was very clean, even in the restroom. The sushi was outstanding, especially the Sunlight Roll with sweet potato inside and mango on top. It was unexpectedly delicious.

Definitely a new favorite to go, started as hey you want to try this place? with a shrug to a very delicate addition to favorite list very fast: accentuated all food restrictions, fast and friendly with a crazy extensive selection of roles

Simon Sushi is a Japanese restaurant that offers an extensive selection of rolls, including at least two vegetarian options without seafood (a delicious Yam Roll and a flavorful Mango Roll). We typically begin our meal with Miso Soup and then enjoy sharing two rolls - the Dynamite Roll and the Red Dragon Roll. The rolls are always very fresh, beautifully prepared, and reasonably priced. Although we did experience a longer wait of up to 40 minutes on one busy night, the food was definitely worth the wait and the service is usually very quick.

We drove across the city on recommendations from friends and we’re sure glad we did. Everything was so fresh and delicious and beautifully presented. I don’t know how they can sell such wonderful sushi and maki for such reasonable prices but I’ll be back to...enjoy it and the amazing service.
