Tim Hortons - Etobicoke

Washroom was out of toilet papers and interior was not clean in Men’s one which I noticed to one of the male staff at their front desk. Restaurant’s main floor Interior was clean though.

My go-to Timmy's for years. Clean facilities. Excellent service and always fresh donuts and pastries available. I really like their cold brew coffee. Great spot to catch up with a friend and chat over a coffee.

Normally on weekdays drive through service is 4 ! I hesitate to give it a 5 as sometimes the wait time in line can be long due to large orders being accepted which I believe needs to be dealt with. Have designated parking spots for customers to park and have someone bring the order out to them as some places do, or bring in more staff at 5:30 when it can start to get busy. I find it declines on weekends which is really why I 'm writing my review. Customer service doesnt seem to be a thing on weekends. Orders get messed up and when brought to their attention and they acknowledge it, it 's as though they dont care. Coffee got messed up, couldnt drink it, had to throw it out. Brought it to their attention the next day and not even an apology even though they acknowledged their error. Not even a 'free replacement '. What 's a cup of coffee to them for customer satisfaction.

They are slow, don’t have their listed menu items and try subbing with cheaper options. I’m not paying extra for an English muffin or biscuit because the people baking can’t do their job. Just sell the everything croissants as an individual item after 4 they’re not not going to be stale. Also you should be able to semi predict how busy you’re going to be based off the events around you.

If you see the lady with the hedgehog, please don't buy anything. Worst customer service. If you ask for a medium icedcap, she will fill it. Literally halfway also, she's rude to the other employees.
