Burger King - Etters

Staff is slow and no customer service. Sat in drive through for 30 min. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I asked for the fish meal for the price is quoted, which is a small fry and a small drink and they constantly do the upsell and I told her I didn’t want it but she charged it anyway. And it literally takes forever to get your food. My first time here and last McDonald’s subway pizza shop there’s all other Places to eat under half a mile away Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

What happened? All I have to say is...they would 100% fail any inspection from what I saw the other day. That and... if it weren 't for my kids ABSOLUTELY DESERVING a reward of their choice (icee)... I would have never bothered. Had I known that by the time I 'd receive the food, their icees were completely melted. I was there in the drive through for probably the better part of 20 minutes. This specific burger king should just be shut down. The last 5ish years have been an absolute disaster there. I cringe anytime we decide to try again . Maybe someone should go ABOVE this store and manager or whatever. The things I saw that day.... OSHA would have a field day.

Food is lukewarm. I’ve given this place 3 chances. Staff is the most unorganized and unprofessional in the food service industry EVER. Takes 20 minutes to get food in the drive thru. Order hasn’t been correct the first time yet. Always have to go back and have food fixed. I will NEVER return to this Burger King. EVER. Complete disaster Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There was a very long wait, about 15 minutes.
